Ume Projects is an innovative platform that provides a comprehensive database of assumable loans for housing, offering users a convenient way to explore and access a wide range of loan options. The Problem

In today's market, there is a significant lack of knowledge and understanding about assumable loans, which hinders both realtors and buyers from taking advantage of potential benefits and better rates. The limited awareness of assumable loans creates a barrier to entry, limiting the ability of buyers to make informed decisions regarding their financing options. This knowledge gap poses a challenge for realtors who strive to provide comprehensive guidance to their clients, resulting in missed opportunities for buyers to secure more favorable loan terms. Ume Projects aims to address this problem by equipping realtors with the necessary knowledge and resources to educate buyers about assumable loans, empowering them to make more informed decisions and potentially secure better rates in the housing market.

My Duties

As part of my role, I am responsible for building the client portal for Ume Projects. Leveraging AWS resources like EC2, Lambda, Gateway, and RDS, I architect and develop a scalable and secure portal infrastructure. Using Express.js and React.js, I create an intuitive and user-friendly interface that allows clients to access and manage their accounts seamlessly. Additionally, I integrate Stripe for user payments, ensuring a smooth and secure payment experience within the client portal. My duties encompass the end-to-end development and integration of these technologies to deliver a robust and efficient client portal for Ume Projects.
